| The stone project a new indoor fountain for Methodist Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas. The material used for the fountain was polished Desert Brown granite, which is the same material selected for the flooring surrounding the fountain with a honed finish.Total ……containers of Desert brown flooring tiles and sapphire brown pavers. To ensure there are no issues at the jobsite with installing the fabricated granite panels, a dry-run layout was done for the base panels at the factory, before shipping the material. All dimensions and angles were checked and confirmed to match the approved shop drawings. A high degree of polishing was done for all of the fountain material. To avoid any variations in the color of the granite for this fountain and ensure a uniform look, all of the material was cut from one block of granite. |
